Like Stephen, I want to brim with the Spirit, to teem with the Spirit, and to spill-over with the Spirit! Yet, if I want what Stephen had, am I also willing to face what Stephen faced, to stand before those with the power to take my life, and to lay everything on the line for the cause of Christ? Am I willing to be dragged away by those who hate me, to appear before those who plot and perjure themselves and truly believe that they’re serving God by their deceit? Am I willing to take the heat of the frontlines?
